What Samana Developers actually sold
Source: DLD registered sales, Jan–Jun 2026, our own aggregation. Projects are matched to the developer by registered project name, verified against the registered area — figures cover what actually changed hands, not asking prices. Headline figures count homes only (apartments, villas and townhouses); land plots are reported separately.

Where it sells
Who they are
A Dubai-based developer working almost entirely in the affordable off-plan segment, concentrated in Dubailand Residence Complex, Majan, Dubai Production City and Arjan. Its projects are numerous and similarly branded — Boulevard Heights, Barari Heights, Imperial Garden, Resorts, Sky Views, Parkville and others.
Samana's model is volume at the entry level: compact units, private-pool layouts as the signature feature, and monthly payment plans. Eight in ten homes it registered were studios or one-beds. At 98% off-plan it is the purest bet on Dubai's construction pipeline — and the one most exposed if payment-plan demand cools, because nearly everything it sells competes with the identical unit next door on resale.

Where do these numbers come from?
From individual sales registered with the Dubai Land Department (open data), January–June 2026, aggregated by us. Projects are attributed to the developer by their registered project name and checked against the registered area. These are prices buyers actually paid, which usually sit below portal asking prices.
