Danube's new tower in Dubai Maritime City is approved in the DLD register. Prices are not out yet — here is everything that is confirmed.
Shahrukhz Residences by Danube is Danube Properties' next tower in Dubai Maritime City. The Dubai Land Department approved it on 7 September 2026 as project #4548: 1,143 units in one mixed-use building, escrow account opened, construction start filed for 1 January 2027 and completion planned for 30 June 2030. As of 25 September 2026 Danube has not published prices, floor plans or a payment plan. Broker launch data shows an expression of interest (EOI) of AED 50,000 and sales opening around 30 November 2026. It is a different project from Shahrukhz by Danube, the office tower on Sheikh Zayed Road.
