Common questions
Do I need a RERA broker card to apply?
Not to apply — to close deals, yes. Every practising agent in Dubai needs the RERA card (DLD training plus an exam). If you do not hold one yet, we walk you through the registration, the course and the exam as part of onboarding; many of our applicants sit it within their first weeks.
Can I apply without real-estate experience?
Yes, if you bring proven sales or client-facing experience and languages. The market knowledge is trainable — our own DLD analytics and the portal content are the textbook. What we cannot train is ownership: you run your pipeline like your own business.
How is the pay structured?
Commission-based, as is standard for Dubai brokerage — and deliberately without a cap. Exact splits and any support during your ramp-up are discussed openly at the offer stage, in writing. We would rather promise nothing in an ad and everything in a contract than the reverse.
Where do the leads come from?
Three sources: our own portal (370+ pages of DLD-data content in EN and RU that ranks and converts), paid campaigns in both languages, and referrals from closed deals. You will also build your own book — the tools help, they do not replace the work.
Do you sponsor the employment visa?
Yes — employment visa and Emirates ID are part of formal onboarding for hired consultants, per UAE regulations. Details and timelines are confirmed at the offer stage.
What languages do I need?
For the RU role: native Russian plus working English (B2 or better — DLD, developers and half your clients operate in English). For the EN role: fluent English; any extra language (French, German, Hindi, Arabic) widens your client pool immediately.
