The Dubai Land Department projects register lists it: THE BAY interiors by MISSONI, project #4522 on Dubai Islands (DLD zone Palm Deira) — 142 units in a mixed-use building of ground + 2 podium levels + 14 floors, construction start filed for 24 September 2026 and completion planned for 30 September 2029. The project is still pending approval and has no escrow account yet, so it cannot be sold. Prices, payment plan and renders are not published; even broker launch databases list it without a name. OCTA Properties was announced as the exclusive sales and marketing partner.

Until a project is approved by DLD and its escrow account is open, it cannot be sold: a developer may not sign sale contracts or take payments for unregistered off-plan units. If anyone asks for money before that, ask exactly what you are paying for and whether it is refundable — in writing.
