Alva is part of [The Valley](https://wizipremium.com/areas/the-valley.html), Emaar's master community along the Dubai–Al Ain Road. Broker launch data describes it as suburban, with routes towards Downtown Dubai and Business Bay and within reach of Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC). The community is built around a Town Centre with cafés and shops, parks and walking trails, and Golden Beach — a landscaped leisure area with sand and water features — plus sports facilities, a skate park and dog parks.
